Ron was a very special friend to us. Ron would stop by the tack room at the track and just sit and talk with Jeff & Skip Burbank! Then Ron would say well better go Carrie will be looking for me. But our dog' Bear & Ruger would give it away that Ron is in the tack room. Then everyone would start laughing and then go on about are day. We love & will miss Ron with all are heart.

I will miss you Ron, you and I shared a strong medicine together and I have been a part of Carrie's family and yours and it has been a treasure, you fought a good battle right up to the last breath you took, I am glad the moon and stars brought me to you near the end and I was there to see you, now you can soar with the Eagles and watch over your loved ones. I will always be there for your family and know you are in my heart always. Love Mary Kae the bird that smiles

I have known Carrie for most of my life, I met Ron through her. I know that they had a great love for one another and I also know that Ron is in a much better place with our Lord Jesus by his side. He fought the good fight against cancer. Craig will miss him terribly, there are some great stories about their many hunting excursions around Waitsburg and at the ranch. God Bless all of the Family, you are in my prayers.
