Viola May Owen, 94 died on Wednesday, September 13, 2023 at a local care facility. Viola was born on March 4, 1929 in Lorane, Oregon. Public viewing will be held on Monday, September 18, 2023 from 1:00 to 5:00 p.m. at Burns Mortuary of Pendleton. A Graveside service will be held on Tuesday, September 19, 2023 at Skyview Memorial Park at 11:00 a.m. Burns Mortuary of Pendleton is in charge of funeral arrangements.
