Teri Draper

Teri Lynn Hall Draper 63, of Pilot Rock, died in her home, surrounded by her loving family on February 6, 2023.

Teri was born in Grand Junction Colorado on July 8, 1959, to William Raymond Hall and Devota Kay Wells Hall Davis.  The family later moved to Grants, New Mexico where Teri attended school. It was there that she met Steve Draper.  They married on March 12, 1980, in Las Vegas, Nevada.  Their marriage was blessed with two children, Stephen and Crystal.

Teri enjoyed traveling with her husband, family, and friends.  She was a strong supporter of her grandchildren’s sports and school events.  She also loved crafting and spending time with friends and family at the family cabin.

Teri is survived by her mother, Devota Davis of San Tan Valley, Arizona; husband, Steve L. Draper of Pilot Rock; children, Stephen (Ally) Draper of Milton-Freewater and Crystal Bennett of Pilot Rock and her grandchildren, Makenzie Bennett, Paedyn Bennett, Stevee Osborn, Chasyn Draper and Addisyn Draper; brothers, Rick (Tammy) Hall of Gallup, New Mexico, Ross (Lisa) Hall of Grants, New Mexico; sisters Sandy (Tommy) Chesshir of Pilot Rock, Monica (Daniel) Mihajlovic of West Bend, Wisconsin and Muriel (Joshua) Russell of Joplin, Missouri.  She was preceded in death by her father, William Hall; step-father Robert Davis and her sister Robin Hall.

A Celebration of Life will be held sometime in May in Pilot Rock for family and friends.  Burns Mortuary of Pendleton is in charge of arrangements.
