Shana Elise Boyer

Shana Elise Flitz Boyer was born in Pullman, Washington on September 28, 1974. Her family moved to Pendleton in 1977, where she attended Harris Jr. Academy and Pendleton High School, graduating in 1993.

She married Gilbert Boyer Jr. on September 11, 1994. They made their home in Pendleton.

Shana was very active in the Pendleton Seventh Day Adventist Church.

She passed away in her sleep on February 24, 2026. She is survived by her loving husband Gilbert, her son Michael and his wife Megan, her mother Dusty Flitz, brothers Reese Flitz and wife Kim, Randy Flitz and wife Tricia, and her sister Caitlin McBride. She is also survived by 3 grandsons; Michael, Maxwell and Miles Boyer. She was preceded in death by her father Lloyd V. Flitz.

A Celebration of life will be held at the Pendleton Seventh Day Adventist Church in Pendleton at 1401 SW Goodwin Pl on Sunday, March 8th at 1 P.M.
