Sandra Seeber Obituary

Sandra Corrine Seeber, 89, of Pendleton, Oregon passed away Tuesday, February 10, 2026 in Pendleton.

Sandra was born September 2, 1936 in Springfield, Illinois to Faye Mulligan and Wilbur “Bill” Waters, joining siblings Carl and Betty.

Her love of reading and telling stories consumed much of her time throughout her life. Al Seeber entered her life in 1963 and the two fell in love and married that same year.

They made their life together in Oregon, with their children Christine, Albert, Annamarie and Bud.

Sandra is preceded in death by her parents Faye and Bill, siblings Carl and Betty, ex-husband Al, and daughter Annamarie.

Sandra is survived by daughter Christine (Vance) Ruloph, Albert Seeber, and Bud Seeber; many grandchildren, greatgrandchildren, nieces and nephews.

Arrangements are with Burns Mortuary of Pendleton, Pendleton Oregon.
