Rose Mary Wiseman

Rose Mary Wiseman, 91, of Pendleton died Sunday, December 1, 2024, at her home in Pendleton. A rosary will be held at 6 p.m. Thursday, December 5 at St. Andrew’s Mission at 48022 St. Andrews Rd. Pendleton. Graveside service will be conducted at 11 a.m. Friday, December 6 at Olney Cemetery in Pendleton, followed by potluck dinner at Kateri Hall at St. Andrew’s Mission.

Mrs. Wiseman was born May 29, 1933, in Ruby Township, Wisconsin to Donald Fitzpatrick and Mary Noyes. She resided in Pendleton after marrying Ronald Wiseman Sr. in 1954.

She worked as a salesclerk at Mode-o’Day from 1966 to 1985, then worked at, and retired from, the Sodexo Food Service from 1987 to 2014.

Mrs. Wiseman always enjoyed keeping her mind active; whether that be with a puzzle, word search books, or simply doing daily tasks, she would always be seen doing something. During the holiday season, she enjoyed baking festive treats and being around her family. She also loved the outdoors—she would go camping, hunting, fishing, and hiking with her family often.

She was preceded in death by her parents, her husband Ronald, her brothers Donald, Tom, Jim, Mike, and Dennis, and her sister Margaret “Margie.”

She is survived by her son Ron Wiseman Jr.; daughter-in-law Noemi Wiseman; grandchildren Zac, Randy, and Tiffany; and numerous nieces and nephews.
