Randall L. Severe 70 of Pendleton died Sunday, November 21, 2021 in Portland, Oregon. He was born November 3, 1951 in Pendleton, Oregon. Viewing will be held Monday, November 29, 2021 from 6:00 pm to 8:00 pm at Burns Mortuary. Viewing will also be held Tuesday, November 30, 2021 from 8:00 am to 10:00 am at the Pendleton Convention Center. Funeral Service will be held at the Pendleton Convention Center following the viewing at 11:00 am. Burial will be held at Olney Cemetery.
