Norma Emilia Mendoza

Norma E. Mendoza, 56 died on Friday, April 7, 2023 at Legacy Emanuel Medical Center in Portland.  She was born on July 3, 1966 in Guadaloajara, Mexico to Rafael Guzman and Maria Paula (Quiroz) Guzman.  Recitation of the Holy Rosary will be held on Thursday, April 13, 2023 at Burns Mortuary at 6:00 p.m.  Mass of Christian Burial will be held on Friday, April 14, 2023 at St. Mary's Catholic Church at 10:00 a.m. with burial to follow at Olney Cemetery.  Burns Mortuary of Pendleton is in charge of funeral arrangements.
