Noah Lee Taylor

Noah Lee Taylor bounded into this world on July 15, 1997.  Arriving through his birth parents, he was lovingly adopted by Stephen M. Taylor and Jenny Taylor on July 5, 1998.

Wide-eyed with curiosity about life, he had a gentle soul that lifted everyone. His heart was bigger than Texas.

He died young at 25 but lived large, ever the wanderlust explorer. He couldn’t keep still in one place for too long. Always on the move, following an internal compass trying to orient a restlessness that couldn’t be quelled.

Noah loved conversation and being in the company of family and friends. Cooking and savoring food was a favorite past time, and he reveled in teaching others to create tasty, memorable concoctions. He was a gifted artist who rendered the human form with deep sensitivity and elegant poetry.

Though he left us on September 19, 2022, he remains in our hearts and continues to lift our spirits with his kind and gentle way and hearty, contagious laugh.

Noah is preceded in his passing by his beloved grandparents, Donald S. and Sami R. Taylor. He is survived by his parents, Stephen M. Taylor and Jenny (Josh) Dudley, his loving sister Jordyn, and a community who will miss his kind and positive touch on their lives.

To celebrate Noah’s love of the mountains and fishing with his grandfather at the lake, his celebration of life memorial will take place a few months in the future near the lake his family so dearly loved the same place where his ashes will be laid to rest alongside those of other family members.
