Nathan “Duce” Raymand Dick, II was born on September 10, 1957, in Pendleton, Oregon. He passed away peacefully on December 10, 2024. He loved to fish on the Columbia River with dips nets on the scaffold, and gillnets on a fishing boat with his family. He moved back to Pendleton because of his health but always asked about his fishing site and gear. He graduated from a High School in Portland then came back to the Columbia River to live and fish. His longest fishing partner has been his cousin Ralph Jones, and the two of them had serval good and crazy times, plus they were fighting partners.
He is survived by his sisters: Carmen Fascio, living in California, Dolores Rodriguez, living in Washington, Cleo Dick, Emily Oatman, Enola Gay Dick, Ramona Dick, Evelyn Dick all living in Pendleton; brothers: Tom Rodriguez and Gunnar Dick, living in Pendleton. Family preceded him in death were father-Nathen Dick I, mother-Ramona Kash Kash, sister Margarita Fascio, brothers-Daniel Rodriguez, and Robert Kash Kash and the Kash Kash Clan.
