Kenneth Leon Haley, 76 of Athena died on Monday, October 16, 2023. He was born on October 2, 1947 in Payette, Idaho to Homer Harris Haley and Stella Frances (Thompson) Haley. Burns Mortuary of Pendleton is in charge of arrangements.
