Janie M. Giesler, 72 of Pilot Rock died unexpectedly on Monday, May 9, 2022, at St. Anthony's Hospital. Janie was born on January 26, 1950, in Pendleton, Oregon to Fredrick Horn and Lucile Byers. Funeral Services will be held on Saturday, May 14, 2022, at Life Church of Pilot Rock at 10:00 a.m. with burial to follow in the Pilot Rock Cemetery.

Janie's giggle and sense of humor and observations about life always made for a fun time. She had a quick wit and loved gatherings, birthday parties and all celebrations . Janie loved her family so much and was very involved and proud of her children and grandchildren. Janie is an example of taking in every moment and enjoying life!❤️
