Harriett Sheoships-Bott Obituary
Harriett R. Sheoships-Bott, 72, of Athena died Sunday, August 14, 2022 at St. Luke’s Hospital in Boise, ID.
Rosary will be 7 p.m. Thursday in the Chapel at Burns Mortuary of Pendleton. Burial will be 9 a.m. at the Helix Cemetery.
Harriett was born October 23, 1949 at Pendleton to John and Dorothy Sheoships. She grew up at the top of Thornhollow Road.
On August 30, 1967 she married Wendell A. Bott at Dayton, WA.
Harriett was employed as a Teachers Aid, drove wheat truck in the summer, then Quality Control at Smiths Canary, Weston, OR, retiring in 2011.
Harriett was a big Mariners fan, enjoyed reading books, going for walks and spending time with her granddaughter.
Survivors include Penny Bott, daughter, Rochelle “Rae” Gilliam, granddaughter at the home; a brother Leon Sheoships of Adams; sisters; Ana Sheoships, June Sheoships, Alva Sheoships of Pendleton and Alma Sheoships of Adams.
Preceded in death; Wendell A. Bott, John Sheoships, Dorothy Sheoships, Orville Sheoships, Emmett Sheoships, Bernadine Sheoships, and Erma Sheoships.
