Frederick D. Hollibaugh, 87 of Pendleton died on Monday, December 11, 2023 at his home. Fred was born on July 15, 1936 in Hamilton, Montana. Graveside services will be held on Thursday, December 21, 2023 at Olney Cemetery at 1:00 p.m. Burns Mortuary of Pendleton is in charge of arrangements.
