Franklin Alven Dye, 86 died on Wednesday, January 11, 2023 at St. Anthony's Hospital. Franklin was born on December 7, 1936 in Lewiston, Idaho to Frank Sampson Dye and Dolly Jane Dye. Services will be held in the Spring.
