Frank Edward Ball Sr., born on August 30, 1935 in Chiloquin, Oregon, died on January 16, 2026 at home. He left behind his three children; Amelia G Pinkham, daughter, William J. Ball, son, and Patricia A Ball, Daughter, and was proceeded in death by wife Yvonne Broncheau Ball, son Frank E Ball Jr., and daughter Betty Clarinder Ball. He Also has two sisters, Lizzy Dooney of Grand Coulee, Washington, and Teresa Parrera of Portland Oregon.
Mr. Ball married and raised his family on the Umatilla Indian Reservation and spent most of his adult life in this community working for the tribe in the Custodian and TERF Department until he retired.
Mr. Ball’s Services will be held on Tuesday, January 20th, 2026 with a 1:30pm Dressing Ceremony at Burns Mortuary of Pendleton, followed by the Viewing immediately after at the Mission Longhouse, and the Washat at 7pm that evening.
On Wednesday, January 21, 2026, Final Seven will be held at 7am at the Mission Longhouse. Burial will follow at Olney Cemetery in Pendleton with the Yakama Warriors Society conducting military honors at the gravesite.
