Elayne Suzan Azizeh, 71, passed away on October 30, 2025 in Pendleton, Oregon. She was born on September 21, 1954 in Mt Vernon, Washington. She was born to her father, Harold Hubbard and her mother, Timmie Roberts. No formal Services have been announced by the family. Arrangements are through Burns Mortuary of Pendleton.
