Duane Richard Williams, 75 died on Wednesday, May 3, 2023 at Saint Alphonsus Regional Medical Center in Boise, Idaho. He was born on June 22, 1947 in Toppenish, Washington to Kenneth & Edna Williams. Burns Mortuary of Pendleton is in charge of arrangements.
