Barbara M. Rufty, 83 died on April 15, 2023 at St. Anthony Hospital. She was born on February 19, 1940 in Niagara Falls, New York to Erwin Letak and Marjorie (Kanard) Letak. Burns Mortuary of Pendleton is in charge of arrangements.
