Arthur Hugh Jones 67 of Hermiston died on Friday, September 15, 2023 at Legacy Good Samaritan Hospital in Portland, Oregon. He was born on September 23, 1955 in Umatilla, Oregon to Orval Frank Jones and Buelah (Ensley) Jones. Burns Mortuary of Pendleton is in charge of arrangements.
