She was born on August 17, 1959 in Sacramento, California to James Harold Farley and Maria Luisa Del Gallego. A Celebration of Life Service will be held on Saturday, October 28, 2023 at 1:00 p.m. at the Eagle's Lodge in Pendleton. Burns Mortuary of Pendleton is charge of arrangements.
