John and family,
So sorry to hear of Nadine's passing. She was so much fun to visit with and growing up she always made me feel welcome in your home. Teaching me to make popcorn balls and go to sweat. What a sweet lady. We will definitely miss her smile around the community!
Blessings to your family.

So sorry to hear about Nadine. She was a very kind person. I remember her from a when I was a child and she was my 4-h leader. Sending prayers to Cierra and the family. She will be missed.

We are so sorry to hear of Nadine's passing.  We have many fond memories of Nadine and you riding around in the mountains.  Nadine was a very talented person and her dolls were beautiful.

To John and family,

I just got off the phone with Nadine's good friend of many years, Jimmy Markham.  I knew them both from the time Diana and I became friends in junior high school.  Nadine was a kind and generous person.  My grandmother loved talking with Nadine about her tribal history and the dolls that she made.  Nadine would visit her as she got older and couldn't get out to go to the gallery in Pendleton.  Nadine didn't have to do that, but I always loved her for it.  I know they enjoyed visiting with each other. I visited her at the gallery one time when I was in town visiting from Boston.  Nadine gave myself and my partner three items from her gallery after we only purchased one.  She didn't have to do that, but we display all three items in our home proudly and think of her every time we look at them. I'm sorry for her passing, and I send condolences to the family.  I know she and her gentle, generous spirit will be missed by the many people in the community she became connected to over the years.
