It broke my heart to hear of Ray's passing.  During my 40 yr. Career with the Dept. Ray was by far my favorite assistant and employee and I will surely miss his presence in this world.  Ray was one of a kind and a good friend.  During his career a White River Ray touched maney lives, especialy the volunteers that have many fond memories of him. Nellie, I know you have suffered losses the last few years, but I wish you and the boys the best for the future and my God bless you all.

Ray was an amazing friend and fellow employee.  He touched many lives with his laughter.  I worked at ODFW Bend office and enjoyed knowing him.  He was always smiling and teasing to bring happiness to others.  My heart is with the family as you share special memories. Peace,  Elly

You are now home Ray!  You were at such peace a year ago when I last talked with you about passing from this world and entering your eternal one.  Thank you for the great memories in The Dalles and your support of the youth ministry!  God's grace be with you Nellie, you are an amazing woman of God.
