|Sarah, I'm so sorry to learn of the passing of your mother. She was delightful and so kind when I met her with you over the years. I can't imagine your sadness as I know how close the two of you were. Please know my heart and prayers are with you and your family at this time.

|I wish to express my sincere condolences to Melissa's family.
She sang with me in the alto section with Sister's in Song for several years. Her personality, attitude and spirit, along with her voice will be missed.

|Melissa was a valuable member of our AAUW group and a friend. She was always ready to jump in and help even though she was ill. She had such an upbeat attitude never complaining. So sorry for your loss. I will miss her.|

|I was a neighbor of your parents in St. Augustine. I had sent an email to your Mom on July 30th, telling her that Fish Island had been saved. She was involved very early on to save the property behind Marsh Creek from development, long before they moved to Pendleton.
She would have been so happy to know this and I hope that she DOES know.
Our condolences to the family.
Val and Tony D'Andrea

|Melissa was one of the first people I met when we moved into Marsh Creek and I valued her friendship greatly! She was fun to be with, caring, and loved adventure. I know that she cherished time spent with family.|

|So sorry to hear from Jane Adams of your Mom's passing. We enjoyed the times we had together in Tumwater, including playing Charades and Church activities.
We also enjoyed hearing of the family and her travels in her Christmas cards.
She will be missed.
