What a huge Loss. I wish I had half the wit you had Bill.  It breaks my heart to think that I won't be able to talk with you anymore. Seeing your picture here really hurts. Thank you for everything you did for me and my family. I feel lucky to have known you.  You were a wonderful friend and like no one I have ever met before. I will never forget you.

Dear Ruth,
Please accept my sympathy.  I was sad to hear of Bill's passing.  Time goes so fast.  It seems like such a short time ago that we were enjoying dinners and good conversations.  Please know that you are in my thoughts.  Bill was a kind, smart and funny man.  Carole

I was very sad to read of Bill's passing. I really enjoyed knowing him. He was kind, sweet and very funny. I took an AV class from him at BMCC. I graduated in 1975.
10 years later, I came back and taught some evening law classes. What a friendly, kind and funny man he was, and I am so glad that I got to know hiom. I will old you and your family in my thoughts and prayers.

Dear Ruth,

Please accept my sincere condolences on the passing of Bill.  As you know, Bill and I were close during the time that we lived in Pendleton.  I will always remember Bill for his kindness and how he embraced me and my family when we moved to Eastern Oregon.  Our thoughts are with you and your family.
