I'm so sorry to learn of Donna's passing.  She and Bill were more helpful to me than they probably ever knew.  They were both down to earth, honest, Christian people.  I could ask Donna anything, things I wouldn't dream of asking anyone else, and she provided honest answers.  Donna and Bill were unafraid to do whatever it took to provide safety to me and my child during a very difficult time in our lives.  My sincere condolences to the family.

Sorry to hear of the passing of Mrs. Crooke. We knew her some years ago and always thought of her as a gracious woman.  May God comfort the family in this their time of need.

Donna you are finally with Bill and your children Tony and Kathleen. I appreciate you taking us into your home, giving us jobs at different times and for giving us the chance to meet (33 years). You were a gracious woman. RIP!

Roscoe and the grandchildren our sympathy reaches out to you all.
God Bless you all during this time of remembrance.

We were stunned at the sudden death of our dear friend Donna.  It is comforting to know she is in the arms of her Lord Jesus.  She was a beautiful Christian lady and leaves a huge hole in so many lives.  We pray Jesus comforts you, her family, with the peace that passes understanding.

I manage Oregon Trail Manor, where Donna lived.  I was out of town and very saddened at the phone call stating Donna has passed away.  Donna is a very sweet, loving Christian lady.  We even attended the ladies bible study together several times at Salvation Army.   My heart goes out to her family during this time.

We will miss Donna tremendously. She was such an inspiraton to us all. A woman of God who showered so many with love. She enjoyed sharing the word of God. As we say at The Salvation Army she has been promoted to glory. Prayers go out to her family.

I was shocked when I was looking for a close friend's notice and found Aunt Donna's instead.  I am so sorry,  the past of " should haves and coulds" not being able to visit all this time.  It sounds as she had alot more to fill her life than I realized.  I am so glad she kept busy with what she loved.  Holly Mays is my new caregiver and we didn't realize she was at the same place as Holly's other client and she knew Donna and you Roscoe.  Won't be able to go to the service, but my prayers and thoughts will be to all on that day

Donna was weaved into my family. My twin sister Jeni Jenson had high regard for Donna. Donna made time in her busy days to go around to my dads home , check on him & make sure he had meals, which allowed him to live in his home longer. While, I did not know Donna very well, I did hear many stories of the kindness she extended to other people. She surely will be missed by many. Deep condolences to her lovely family.

I am so sorry to hear of Donna's passing! I was hoping one day to talk to her again. I first met her in the early 60s, when I was best friends in Heppner with her daughter, Kathleen…whom I'd lost touch with each by the 90s -- I was not able to reconnect with her before her own passing in the mid-2000s. (Fly with wings, my beautiful Kathleen! I love you now and always, my dear friend.) Bill, Anthony, Kathleen - now, Donna. The whole family I knew personally - all gone. RIP to all of you. I hope your children and grandchildren are healthy and happy!
