I am very saddened to hear of Brett Bryan’s passing, and will be praying for he and his family. Coach Bryan was an impactful man to many baseball players at an important time in their lives while playing for him at BMCC. He taught us a lot about respecting the game, respecting the field in which games are played, and much more. I greatly enjoyed my time playing for him, and will always have fond memories of his enthusiasm for the game as well as the solid person that he was!

My deepest sympathy's go out to his family. I played for Brett back in the late 90's and he gave me chance to be player in his program after I had been cut from another program. I can't thank him enough for letting this Alaskan continue his dream to play baseball at the next level. For that I will always be forever thankful! Rest in Peace Sir you will never be forgotten by me!

I had the pleasure of playing for Brett for two years at BMCC. He was a great coach and always looked out for his players. You’d be hard pressed to find a more competitive man. Brett was also a fantastic athletic director and always made sure that all sports at BMCC were successful. My prayers go out to his family and comworkers at BMCC. Rest easy Coach.

Hello- I wanted to offer a word of condolensce to your family. I too lost my father when he was in his mid-50's. I would like to share with you what has helped me all these years since then. My prayer is that this comforts your family as well. At Acts 24:15 we are promised that a resurrection to life is in our future. This means we have the hope to see our loved ones again. And 1 Corinthians 15:26 calls death an enemy. We can be confident that God will rid us of that enemy in the near future, as he has promised. I hope this knowledge comforts you until that day is upon us.

I worked with Brett for many years at BMCC and I will always remember how welcoming and helpful he was to me. From the beginning, he treated me with dignity and respect as a colleague, not as the "new guy". I'll never forget how important that was to me and how much I enjoyed working with him. To me, he will always be the heart and soul of the athletics program at BMCC. Whenever I see my kids on the baseball diamond, I will think of you, my friend.
