Mabel and Tommy are now together again. Both were devoted to their faith. Our paths seldom crossed but in the Annual national Tekakwitha Conferences I remember them at Laguna Pueblo checking out the church, and we all watched the Buffalo Dance. The Sheoship family was close to our family and we often supped together at family birthdays. The Thompson family, Joe and Rosa, were dear friends as us children had fun on the river.
Rest in Peace Mabel! Condolences to family and loved ones. From ron and chet halfmoon.

It was a special honor for me to meet this lovely elder this past summer at the family reunion. Douglas and I are both so very sorry for her passing but know she was received into the arms of a loving God and surrounded by her relatives who have gone before her. Peace to all

St Andrews Church long ago held church service on Sunday mornings at 10:30 am. The people came from miles around to attend mass. To name the families who were there would take more pages here than allowed. I recall seeing Tommy and Mabel at mass there on Sundays and other occasions. I expect that now that "congregation" of the old days are meeting and greeting one another up in heaven now. Rest in Peace Mabel Rose Thompson.

I'm so sorry for not being there. I didn't know until it was too late to attend the services. As I compose this note, I too, have a heavy heart and shed tears today. I will never forget her magnetic personality and angelic smile. I send my thoughts, prayers, and condolences to the entire family. Janet and kids (Amy-jo & Deric) Johnson
