Charlie was active in the Cattlemans, Farm Bureau, 4-H, Scouts, the Umatilla County Fair as volunteer, barn superintendent, board member and manager. We read in Charlie's obituary he knew no strangers. Truer words were never spoken. The last time we visited with Kit and Charlie was in their new home in Arizona 2 years ago. Charlie was so proud having built their home. We have never known anyone that was prouder of his family.
Charlie was a good man. We will miss him.
