Holly , I was so sorry to hear of your dad's passing. He was one of the sweetest , kind men I ever knew. I met him when he worked at PP&L , years ago. He always had a smile on his face every time I saw him. He never failed when ever he ran into me to always say hello, and ask how I was doing. A very kind and considerate gentleman .. My sympathy to you and your family Holly. Just know I am thinking of you.

Merledene, Holly and family, sad to learn Harvey has passed. During our years working together Harvey was dedicated. Dedicated to his work, to our softball and basketball teams, or to a pingpong or pitch game. There was also always a little mischief behind that twinkle in his eye! It was my good fortune to have known him. My condolences.

Merledene, I'm so sorry to read of Harvey's death. you probably wonder who I am - Mary Griffin was my mother and Geoff was my stepfather. I will never forget the kindness you showed by having a reception at your home after Geoff's death. Harvey and also you, were great friends of my parents.

I am so sorry to hear about Harvey's passing. I remember times spent with your family when I was a kid. My Dad loved his ping pong time with Harvey and Harvey was so kind to my Dad in his late years (Wayne Royal) cutting dads hair and just being a friend. My thoughts and prayers are with your family at this sad time.

Merledene & Holly, I was searching for your mailing address and just now discovered this very bad news. Hopefully this will be forwarded to you after this clasped time? I will always remember the Barnes/Harrison get togethers and vacations together. Harvey cut my hair when I was a grade schooler and then Dan being an advocate of Harvey going to PP&l. Many, many experiences and all fun ones. My best to you both, I am very sorry.
