Charles Conrad Spomer

November 11, 1941 – October 25, 2016


Charles (Chuck) Conrad Spomer was born November 11, 1941 in Portland Oregon and passed away October 25, 2016 in Walla Walla WA.   He was preceded in death by his father and mother, Isaac and Mildred Spomer.  

Chuck’s memorial service will be held at Burns Memorial Chapel in Pendleton on Saturday, October 29 at 2:00 pm.  Sign the online condolence book at  Burns Mortuary of Pendleton is handling arrangements. 

Chuck was a member of the Pendleton Seventh-day Adventist church.  He served as a policeman in Tule Lake, CA, an ambulance driver and truck driver in Pendleton OR.  He also was a veteran and member of the Army White Coats in 1960.   Chuck had several hobbies including scuba diving and model trains.  

Chuck is survived by his children: daughter Brenda and son-in-law David Baxter and children Preston and Brandon of Frisco TX; son James Spomer Marshall and wife Tonja of Citrus Heights CA; Kelly and Mike Krenzler and children Micheal and wife Holly, of Pasco, WA and Samantha Krenzler of Milton-Freewater, OR; Kandy Miller and wife Jill of Lincoln City, OR; sister Sandra and son-in-law Tim Eichmann and children Steve and Wendy and children Kelby, Nolan, Kendra, Tom and wife Cherie and children Tommy, Teddy and Cassie  of  Berthoud CO.

We are saddened to learn of Chuck's passing. We have many fond memories of him dating back to our high school days. Our condolences and sympathy to the family.
