January 26, 1923 – April 11, 2015


S. Vivian Lightfoot – a Pendleton resident passed away Saturday, April 11, 2015, at a local care facility.  She was 92 years old. 

A Funeral Service will be held Thursday, April 16, 2015, at 11:00 a.m. at Burns Mortuary of Pendleton Chapel.  Interment will follow at Skyview Memorial Park in Pendleton.   

In lieu of flowers, Vivian requests that donations be made to a local VFW or Veteran’s Hospital of your choice, and sent in care of Burns Mortuary of Pendleton, PO Box 489, Pendleton, OR 97801.  Sign the online condolence book at www.burnsmortuary.com  Burns Mortuary of Pendleton is in charge of arrangements.

Vivian was born January 26, 1923, to William & Stella (Hascall) Catlett.  She was the second of eight children.  Vivian grew up on West Birch Creek in Pilot Rock, Oregon.  She helped her parents by watching her younger brothers and sisters.  Vivian married Harold Knights in 1947, they had three sons, Michael, Gary and Bruce.  They later divorced.  In 1966 she married Ted Rozumny, he preceded her in death in 1997.  On the 14th of February, 1998, she married Martin Lightfoot.  They loved to take short trips to see family and friends. 

Vivian is survived by her husband, Martin, sons, Michael and Bruce, both of Pendleton, and Gary of Cle Elum, WA, sister Pattie Bohms of Pendleton, numerous grandchildren, great-grandchildren and a few great-great-grandchildren, nephews, nieces and cousins by the dozen. 

She was preceded in death by her parents, four brothers, two sisters and her husbands, Harold and Ted.

Aunt Viv you were the best Aunt ever and will be truly and deeply missed... I regret that we never got to see each other but did enjoy our times on the phone. Always in my heart..... love you always, Linda
