I am going to miss seeing David down at the Voc center, always listening to his music, never without his earbuds in. David had a wonderful smile that would light up his whole face - he will be missed.

My prayers and thoughts are with David's family. I worked with David at Pendleton High School and found him to be a very gentle person.

David's grandfather and step grandmother were very saddened to hear of Davids passing away. I remember that whenever we saw him he would always wave to his grandfather and want to go to the Dairy Queen and we would go there. He always had a wonderful smile. My question is, why was his grandfather not mentioned in the obituary. Our best to all of you.

I remember visiting my Uncle Tom and Aunt Terri when I was young and David was so happy to be with everyone. He always had a smile and was very excited to have company. He will be remembered with fond memories of childhood trips to Pendleton. God bless you David and may you rest in the arms of Jesus. My prayers go out to Tom, Terri, Heather and family. Be comforted that he is smiling again in God's presence.

Tom, Teri and Family, I am so sorry for your loss. I think God only loans his special children to very special family's . You folks are that family. You ensured that David's life was full and rich and happy. A person could see all of that happiness on his face 3 blocks away. May god be with you in your time of loss. I think Heaven just got a whole lot happier! Let's hope the Lord has some groceries. My prayers are with you

I was very sorry to see that David had passed away. Public school was such a struggle for David. I'm so glad that as an adult, David was able to enjoy a joyous and engaging life with his Horizon family, in addition to his loving family and relatives. My thoughts are with you all.

Our hearts are saddened for Tom and Terri. We found Al's family to gracious & stand-up Christians when we visited in May. We didn't get to meet David, but David's passing is truly sad. To see that his Grandfather was not mentioned in his obituary is a puzzle to us. Al Rease is 83 years old & has Alzheimers; which kept him from attending David's funeral. I know that Al, Helen, Ron, and I are devastated at the loss of a family member. Know our prayers are with you, and David will always be remembered.

David, I am so sorry to hear of your passing. I am broken hearted to say the least. When I worked with you at the high school you taught me so many things about life. Davids parents.... I am sorry for your loss. He was a great man. I am sure you were very proud of him.
