Tina Marie Longhorn – age 43, known to her family "Teener Beener" passed away on June 7th, 2012, after a long battle with Retts syndrome. She came to Pilot Rock, Oregon, in 1971, and for the last seven years had been a resident of Amber's Loving Care in Pendleton. There will be no services. Tina was diagnosed with Retts syndrome at birth, but she was a very happy young lady and loved to camp and swim. She attended a special school for the handicapped in the 70's and 80's and loved to be around people. She is survived by: her mother Carol Longhorn-Burden of Pilot Rock, brother Gary Longhorn, Jr. of Pilot Rock, sister Tamara Mae Hyder of Boardman, father Gary Longhorn of Hermiston, grandparents John & Evelyn May of Hermiston, as well as numerous aunts, uncles and cousins that span from Idaho, Echo, Hermiston, Stanfield, Pendleton, Pasco and New York. She was preceded in death by a brother, Travis James Longhorn who died in 1987.

Teener Beener, our little Angel in heaven now! I know that you are playing with your little brother Travis, and that your uncle Rodney is there with you with open arms and a big smile. You will be missed, but I know that you are hole now perfect in everyway, running, playing, talking...You will always be in my heart Teener and I will help take care of your mom, because she will miss you so much..Thank you for being part of my life..Never forgotten always remembered.. Tina was a special and presious child. Always excided to go places. I can still see her little face when she would come to our house. Just beaming and smiling all the time. The time I remember most when she was all dressed up in her western outfit for the rodeohow presious. Carol her mom was a great mom. Rest in peace Tina we love you. So sorry for the lose of Tina. She is now a beautful little Angel. Pray's are with the family. Aunt Suzie

I am sorry to hear about your loss. Think of her not being gone forever but on along trip to see her brother. They can both watch down on you and your family to make sure you all are doing well.
