Ina was born in Germany on March 14, 1956, and came to the United States at the age of 9. Her lifelong best friend was Delita Miller. She had been an employee of the Pendleton Woolen Mills for several years, but was best known in her role as a waitress at the Club Cigar, Floyd's Truck Ranch and The Rainbow Café. She enjoyed making people laugh with her outstanding quick wit and extremely outgoing and good-humored personality. She often felt that her purpose in life was to share laughter and good times with all people. She sincerely enjoyed time in the mountains and at the river, spending quality time with her friends and family as often as possible. She was a creative person who enjoyed making beaded jewelry and many other fantastic creations. She spent the majority of her life making sacrifices to take care of those around her to the best of her ability. She did this because she believed in doing onto others as you would have done unto you. She is survived by her husband, Scott Kelly, her mother Annelise Land, and her two daughters: Stormie Braswell and Stephanie Callahan. She also leaves behind four grandchildren: Stormie's children: Steven Braswell and Brylynn Schiller, and Stephanie's children: Yesenia Aguilar and Robert Maker, Jr., and her deeply beloved dog, Tinker.
