Dorthea was a close neighbor on Lake Drive for many years until she moved into town. We also worked together at the Forest Service. I fondly recall the fact she attempted to try every recipe she came across. She was an excellent cook, which I can personally attest to!! The King family has my sincere condolences.

DeeAnn and family: I was sorry to hear about the loss of your mother. I have great memories of the years we spent crossing 395 back and forth and particularly your mother's shortbread cookies. Hope you and your family are well and know that I will be thinking of you. Love, Kim

It was a wonderful service. Your mother was a wonderful lady. I remember spending so much time at your house with Martha. Your mom tending the gardens, the one above the house and the one below. The chickens.. Doing laundry in the basement with the ringer.. That fascinated me when I was little. Now I can see how much work and time it took. The cookies and meals I ate.. MMMmm.. I'm sorry for your loss. Love, Sherri Potratz Licurse
