As my brother said "Violet lit up every room she entered."  A friend from 5th grade on, Violet was always kind, generous, funny and just a whole of fun.  The angels have led you into paradise dear friend and may you rest in peace....it's hard to imagine a class reunion without you, but we can tell Violet stories and that will bring some laughs and fun....

Our sincere condolences, sympathy for the family of Violet. We both had the pleasure of attending school in Pilot Rock with Violet. We have fond memories of her that we will cherish always.  We are so glad we got to visit with her at the 50th class reunion activities at the class BBQ, participating in the Community Days parade, etc. God's blessings. Dear Brian and family;
I don't think Brian could have chosen a more beautiful wife both inside and outside. Violet was lovely and kind, outgoing and friendly. I loved her very much and will miss her. Our grade school reunions (Brian's) were always lit up with her presence. Such a gracious lady. Take care Brian and call me anytime.

Please accept our deepest condolences! Violet was a founding board member of  NNAHRA (National Native American HR Association) and I wanted to let you know that because of her hard work on the board, the association now has over 1200 members and supports hundreds of tribes! Many professionals in HR receive help and assistance from an organization that Violet contributed in creating clear back when it was only in the NW.  We will honor her at our next conference. Our thoughts and prayers are with her family.
Sincerely, Suzanne Clem and the Board of Directors of NNAHRA.

Dearest Brian & all your lovely family, it was great sadness that we learned of Violets passing. From all we’ve read & seen, it is so very obvious how much she was loved by her entire family & friends. We hope that you all find strength from your great memories of Violet & in the knowledge that we all have you in our hearts wishing many blessings upon you all at this sad time.

Dear Brian and family,
     My deepest sympathies go out to you and the family. I so remember what a lovely woman Violet was. She was so kind to our Mother at her 90th birthday party. Violet radiated beauty and love. What a wonderful wife, mother and grandmother she was. She made a difference in this world.
Love,
Brenda
