Bonita A. “Bunny” Lloyd – a Pendleton resident passed away Tuesday, April 12, 2016, at her home.  She was 77 years old. 

A Dressing Ceremony will be held Thursday, April 14, 2016 at 2:00 p.m. at Burns Mortuary of Pendleton Chapel.  Recitation of the Rosary will be held Thursday evening at 6:00 p.m. at the Agency Longhouse, followed by a Washat Service at 7:00 p.m.  Final songs will begin Friday morning, April 15th at 7:00 a.m. at Agency Longhouse.  Funeral Mass will follow at 8:30 a.m. at St. Andrew’s Church, followed by burial at Agency Cemetery.  A dinner will be held after the burial at the Agency Longhouse.  Sign the online condolence book at www.burnsmortuary.com.  Burns Mortuary of Pendleton is in charge of arrangements. 

She was born April 17, 1938, at Tutuilla, Oregon, to Peter and Louise (Beavert) Lloyd.  She attended schooling at Starky in a train boxcar and then attended St. Andrew’s Catholic School.  Bunny married Seymour Senator.  She was a homemaker and she also drove harvest truck.  She enjoyed yarn work. 

She is survived by her daughter Laura Allen & husband Larry of Pendleton, four grandchildren, ten great grandchildren and many nieces and nephews. 

She was preceded in death by her parents Peter & Louise Lloyd, her sister Irene Melendrez, her brother David Lloyd, her son Melvin Gifford and great grandchild Jemyni K. Bean.
