Steve and I battled on the wrestling mat many times in our youth. Win or lose he was a class act and nice kid who grew to be a good man. My thoughts and prayers are with his family during this tragic time.

No words can express the words of losing a love one, my heart and prayers goes out to the family . There is nothing worse than losing a Son, Husband, and Father, Brother, Nephew, and Cousin, I know, I walk that road every day of my life. Just know there are people out there to help you and support you in every way. May Steve RIP, and know he is with you in spirit....... He will be truly missed, and know that The good Lord will take good care of him.

STEVE CAIN
As we struggle to find words to express our sorrow,
the one thing we think about, for Steve there is no tomorrow.
A son, grandson, husband, father and a brother,
for those left behind there will never be another.
Steve loved his family, hunting and riding in his jeep,
memories that of him we will all keep.
To his 3 children, he was a great dad,
and for them we feel so very sad.
To his wife,
the love of his life,
we say God be with you
in all that you do.
God will help you make it through.
To his parents, Leslie and Tim,
where do we begin?
Thinking back to when he was young,
so full of life and so much fun.
A sister is left behind
with no other brother, he was one of a kind.
A Grandmother grieves, for her yet another gone
and she too, has memories to carry her on.
And so to Steve, may you rest in peace for now
and we will all be reunited after awhile.

My Heart is heavy with sadness for Steve and his young family. Though I only knew Steve for a short time it was like I'd known him forever. A Great Guy with a warm heart. We had a lot of laughs together and I always enjoyed being in his company working at Hanford. I knew I would always be in touch after he left. I'll never forget the day we stood together on the side of the road watching his Volkswagen burn to the ground. I was glad to be there for him because he would do the same for anyone. I will miss Steve until the day we are together again sitting at a table reminiscing over a game of Cribbage. My thoughts and prayers go out to all of his family. And I pray his children will always remember their father as a Great Man.
God Bless You.

Tim, Leslie, Donna & Aunt Mildred,
There are no words that can express what you are going through. I can't imagine the loss of a child. I pray that you find some strength in the love and support of family and friends and call upon us if you need anything at all.
