Betty Ann Hollin

January 29, 1939 – September 11, 2014

 

Betty Ann Hollin – a Pendleton resident, passed away Thursday, September 11, 2014, at a Pendleton care facility.  She was 75 years old. 

Graveside Inurnment will be held Friday, September 26, 2014, at 11:00 AM at Olney Cemetery in Pendleton.  Sign the online condolence book at www.burnsmortuary.com   Burns Mortuary of Pendleton is in charge of arrangements. 

Betty was born January 29, 1939, in Pendleton, Oregon, to John R. and Nancy Brigham. 

She was baptized in the Catholic Church.  She had been a member of the Eagles Aerie. 

Betty lived with her longtime partner Joseph Churchill, they were together since 1993.

She enjoyed collecting Native American Items and visiting with family.  Most of all she enjoyed spending time with her grandchildren.

She was preceded in death by her parents John & Nancy Brigham, brother Bobbie Brigham, sister Mary Lou Long, son Carl Ezell, and her husband James Hollin. 

She is survived by her longtime partner Joseph Churchill of Pendleton, her daughters Judy Ezell of Vancouver, WA, Roxanne Summerfield of Pendleton, OR, a sister Jean Kelly of Prineville, OR, and twelve grandchildren.

So sorry to hear about the loss of Betty. Once I got to know her I found her to be sweet and funny. The world will definitely be different for me without her in it, but I know she is on to bigger and better things now!
