Shari & Rich -- Our love, thoughts, and prayers are with you & your family. Sylvia was such a dynamic individual; always outspoken but so true to heart. I am so glad I was able to at least speak with her while I was in Pendleton; she sounded just the same and had me laughing as always within minutes. The main thing that struck me was that she was still a fighter; the Sylvia I grew up knowing & will always remember & love. Our love to you both. Barbie

Sheri and Rich, I’m sitting here with a heavy heart. My condolences to you and your families, I am so sorry to read of your loss. What a character your Mom was! So much fun! She always brightened a room! She was one of my favorite people, always made me smile! Even if spoken with a truth you may not have wanted to hear! It was so honest and heartfelt you could not have helped but see the good in it. No matter what was going on with her she always expressed care and concern for others. I know personally parents are never far away in spirit, so May you always feel her warm presence, and the love she has for you. God Bless.

I have known Sylvia since her working days at Safeway. I always like to go through her check stand. She was quick and always very friendly. Then I visited with her when I had my car serviced. She always stopped to visit for a minute. She was a real people person.
