He graduated from Pendleton High School in 2007. He attended Mt. Hood and Blue Mountain Community Colleges. He was employed at Wildhorse Golf Course and Kock Ranches in Sherman County. People were drawn to Kylei¿½s fun personality. He was witty, and loved playing practical jokes and making people laugh. He also had a serious side, such as the time he asked about and was given an old car full of junk out of a yard on the reservation. After cleaning out the entire trunk and passenger compartment, he got his dad to help him mechanic on it, and then gave it away to a family that he knew needed a car. Kyle was a great brother and friend. He lived life to the fullest and loved with his whole heart. He was rich in friends of all ages. He is survived by his parents, Rob and Ann, his sister Tara, brother Darren, and grandparents Joan Burnside, and Darrell and Bev Keating, and many loving aunts, uncles and cousins. He was preceded in death by his grandfather, Robert Dean Burnside.

Words cannot begin to express how sorry I am to hear of Kyle's passing. I remember Tara, Darren and Kyle running a muck around the fire station and also comparing how tall they were compared to me. Kyle always had the contagious laugh and smile. I will miss that most. Wish I could be there. Lots of Love.

We have been so shocked and devastated by your family's loss. Richard recently came home from a mission in New York, and one of the first things he mentioned was his shock at Kyle's death. Both he and Tim will remember Kyle as a fun kid who added life to the sports clinics their parents made them go to. He will be missed. Our hearts and prayers go out to you and your family. We care.
