Keith L.”Pudge” Farrow

February 11, 1932 – April 6, 2015

 

Keith L. “Pudge” Farrow – an Adams resident passed away Monday, April 6, 2015, at St. Mary Medical Center in Walla Walla, Washington.  He was 83 years old. 

A Memorial Mass will be celebrated Friday, April 10, 2015, at 11:00 AM, at St. Andrew’s Catholic Church in Mission. Keith L. Farrow was born February 11, 1932, in Pendleton, OR, to Walter and Ethel (Chance) Farrow.  He was raised on the Umatilla Indian Reservation. He attended Pendleton schools, graduating from Pendleton High School.  He led a very colorful life, joining the US Air Force at the age of 17.  He married Arlita Webb October 13, 1962, in Pendleton.  They later divorced in 1977.  He was a rodeo cowboy as well as a real cowboy, he loved the wild horse round-up.  He had also been a welder.  He worked for the Oregon State Highway Department for 20 years, finally retiring due to his health in 1987.  He was a member of the American Legion.  He was an avid gun collector and loved hunting and fishing. He enjoyed laughter and put a humorous spin on everything.

Keith is survived by his children, Fawn Farrow-Hasty of Walla Walla, WA, and Kurt Farrow of Adams, OR, brothers; Robert Farrow, Walter P. Farrow and Thomas Farrow, all of Pendleton, OR, grandchildren; Keith Hasty of Walla Walla, WA, Randall Neil Jr. of Beaverton, OR, Jordan Neil of Walla Walla, WA, and Arlita Ruark of Weston, OR, 8 great-grandchildren and numerous nieces and nephews.

He was preceded in death by his parents, his ex-wife Arlita Webb, and his sister Sharon Reed.
