Chad “14” Alan Podoll passed away on Wednesday, January 10, 2018 at his home. He was a resident of Pendleton, Oregon. Chad was born in Seattle, Washington on May 16, 1970 to Jerry and Darlene (Maxwell) Podoll. He lived in Federal Way, Washington where he attended Sacajawea Jr. High and Federal Way High School. He later attended college in Bremerton, Washington. He moved to Texas, then to Vancouver, Washington, and finally settled in Pendleton where he met and married the love of his life Katie (Conn) Podoll. 

He worked for Plymouth Poultry, Western Box Meat, Hill Meat Co. and Barhyte Specialty Foods. He loved sports. He was a devoted husband and father. He loved his wife and kids with all of his heart. He loved his family and friends. He enjoyed camping with family and friends. He was known for being a prankster and loved to laugh and make others laugh.

He is survived by his wife Katie Podoll; children Colby Podoll of Pendleton, Or; Ashlee Parchem of Olympia WA; stepchildren Kyle and Brenden Crosby of Pendleton, OR: dad Jerry Podoll of Walla Walla, WA; brother Troy (Diana) Podoll of Warrenton, OR: 6 nieces and nephews; 2 aunts, and 4 uncles. He was predeceased by his mother Darlene (Maxwell) Podoll.

The service will take place on Saturday, January 20, 2017 at 4:30 pm at the Vert Auditorium in Pendleton, Oregon.
